Delivery

Our team will do their best to ensure a swift order handling to get your new product to you in a timely manner.

All our shipments are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail. Throughout New Zealand we use,  Courier Post, DHL Express for worldwide.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. We do not post to PO Box addresses. Packages must be signed for - If you are out, a collection card will be left.

Delivery within New Zealand:

Enjoy free shipping on all orders within New Zealand. We expect 1-3 working days for delivery. 

International Delivery: 

Delivery times and costs may vary between countries. Please use the checkout for an indication of shipping costs and delivery times. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues at borders due to Covid-19 and customs clearance may cause delays.

Delivery timeframes are an indication. We will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. 

Please add your email address + phone number to orders so we can call make contact if needed regarding your order.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email and a hard copy will also be provided upon receiving your order. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

Duties & Taxes

For orders to countries outside of New Zealand, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

We do not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.
